If you want to relate yourself to one or more of the above words, being glamorous would help you a lot. I asked a friend of mine (yes, a male friend!) as to what glamour meant to him. He said “deep diving necklines, sleeveless frocks, backless blouses, lacy sarees and micro skirts.” You’re right, I stopped speaking to him after that!
Glamour does not include all that. To be glamorous, you don’t have to give a skin show. The most beautiful glamour woman I have personally met is my mother. I don’t make this statement out of prejudice. Take one look at her and you would agree with me.
She has a neat haircut, wonderful clothes sense and some fifteen pairs of the most sexy foot wear on earth. Her collection of bags combines comfort with common sense. And the highlight of it all is that she looks the same from early morning to late night.
She looks at least ten to fifteen years younger than she actually is. She maintains her weight with sensible food and good exercise. She never follows any fashion trends, wears only sarees and simply cut blouses, But, her choice of those sarees, accessories and jewellery makes her stand out in any crowd.
She never tries to look young. She only tries to look good and healthy. Years of doing this has stopped adding any years to her looks.
Now, that is glamorous!
